We enjoyed a wonderful family stay with stunning city views from our Masters King Room. The staff was incredibly attentive and humble, making us feel welcome. Don't miss dining at the on-site restaurant for a delightful meal! Bring extra change for valet parking.

The Masters Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and City View had air conditioning, a minibar, and flat-screen TV. Amenities like bathrobe, coffee machine, and complimentary water made it comfy. The spa facilities included an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. Breakfast was a feast with fresh pastries and a lot of options. Views were breathtaking, especially at sunset.

Staying at Josun Palace was memorable. The room's design and the breathtaking view over Gangnam were standouts. Sunsets from the Masters King Room were especially stunning. The staff showed excellent training, making me feel welcomed. Breakfast had an exceptional variety but came with a high price tag. I found the entrance to the hotel tricky, as it’s tucked away in a basement. I wished there were more snack options at the deli outside of full meals. I missed having savory light bites. Despite the negative on navigation, everything was well-maintained and elegant. The bathroom felt cramped with the sink's placement near the shower. Gym access after hours requires calling staff, which took longer than expected, but they were courteous and helpful. Overall, great aesthetics and service at a premium price, with a few operational hiccups.

Great for Families with Children

The fitness center was top-notch, and I could get my workout in while enjoying the stunning views of the skyline! ! Also, the buffet dinner was absolutely fantastic, like nothing I’ve ever had before. You walk in, and the selection just blows your mind!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was still reasonable for the quality we got.
